    Hotel wasn’t very clean. Bathtub was covered with lots of dust . Aircon had issues and was making weird noises . Rubbish from previous guest was not cleaned out . All these issues were reported to the hotel and the staff had difficulty to communicate in English and was told to email to the management . Then management only emailed back to request more evidence which the related pictures and video were already included in the initial email . To this date they provided no remedies .

    13 minutes’ walk from Kyoto Station and 7 minutes’ walk from the Hibiya Line. The rooms are clean but very small. Breakfast just consists of pastries (croissants and muffins), which you can eat in your room.
