Great location. Close to the main Tokyo station and close to smaller stations/subway entrances. Close to conveniences stores and restaurants.
The hotel was also able to accommodate an early check in for my sick partner, which was a huge help!
There was nothing that I thought the hotel could improve upon. Everyone was kind and the facilities were clean and the room comfortable.
The area itself is more of offices and office workers so there’s nothing overly exciting about it, but the hotel itself is low $$ with high reward for the guests.

Conveniently located within walking distance of Tokyo Station, this hotel offers friendly and helpful staff, complimentary morning coffee and pastries, and a comfortable stay. While the rooms are modest in size, this is typical for Tokyo hotels and did not detract from the overall positive experience.
Compared to our previous stay on a higher floor, we noticed a very faint damp smell in our room on a lower floor. While it was noticeable, it was not particularly strong and did not significantly impact our overall stay.

The room is clean and the morning breakfast is good since there is nothing open that early. The fact that we have something to put in our body is great! I also like that there is a coffee machine and seats for us to use while we eat.
The room is very small so if you are staying with your friend, it can get pretty frustrating if you are someone who needs space. The location isnt that good as well. Its quite a distance from the Tokyo station. However, its close to Nihombashi station but as a tourist, the station you want to be close to is Tokyo.
