Nest Hotel Tokyo Yaesu

The hotel itself was very nice, only stayed one night, but was clean and comfortable,

The room was very small for 2 people, but we only stayed one night, so was adequate for our needs. No smoking area nearby.

Great location. Close to the main Tokyo station and close to smaller stations/subway entrances. Close to conveniences stores and restaurants. The hotel was also able to accommodate an early check in for my sick partner, which was a huge help!

There was nothing that I thought the hotel could improve upon. Everyone was kind and the facilities were clean and the room comfortable. The area itself is more of offices and office workers so there’s nothing overly exciting about it, but the hotel itself is low $$ with high reward for the guests.

Conveniently located within walking distance of Tokyo Station, this hotel offers friendly and helpful staff, complimentary morning coffee and pastries, and a comfortable stay. While the rooms are modest in size, this is typical for Tokyo hotels and did not detract from the overall positive experience.

Compared to our previous stay on a higher floor, we noticed a very faint damp smell in our room on a lower floor. While it was noticeable, it was not particularly strong and did not significantly impact our overall stay.

The hotel was very clean, and the rooms and common areas were well maintained. Check-in was straightforward, and the hotel felt safe

The rooms are extremely small. Two people with even one large suitcase barely fit, and we had to pack our luggage in the hallway because there simply wasn’t enough space inside the room. The windows face a busy highway, and while they block most of the noise when closed, you cannot open them because the traffic noise is very loud. The staff were polite but communication was sometimes difficult as English was quite limited. The location was also less convenient than expected, with better options available closer to the main attractions. The included “breakfast” is just packaged croissants, so you’re better off walking a few minutes to the nearby 7-Eleven.
