    Affordable and clean. The room was spacious and had everything you need. The lobby floor has a spacious eating area with a common kitchen.

    The hotel is sandwiched by two train lines and is only minutes walk away from many more destinations in the Ginza district or Tokyo Station. Perfect for solo travelers and small groups since the rooms are quite small, but the amenities and facilities are all topnotch! Smooth check in and check out process. There's a vending machine and a small pantry on the second floor, but there's also a nearby 7/11 for late night munchies. Would definitely book here again on my next Tokyo trip. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Lyf Ginza Tokyo, who made my stay magical ✨️

    232 euro will not get you a cup of coffee in your room nor butter on your morning so called breakfast. this hotel provided 2 tea bags of green tea and advertised a kettle in the room, which implies in Japan 2 packs of coffee, 2 milks or creams and 2 to 4 bags of tea, its a norm for any Japanese hotel I stayed. this hotels pursues sustainability and serves margarine for breakfast as pursuing cost cutting they can not afford 10g of butter. whatever they call breakfast its better and cheaper to spend this amount in 7-11 and get better quality food. unfriendly bar breakfast lady, language barrier if any is of no concern here, good morning or a smile cost nothing. after 20h air travel one would expect a hot drink in your room. over marketed, over priced tiny room establishment which can not compete with any of the neighbouring Japanese business hotels offering more for less. perhaps it appeals to a younger gen. zero value for this type of money, plenty 15sq m rooms around tokyo starvation with less hype and more hospitality and convenience. big mistake on my part to become a victim of their marketing: shared spaces, bar, breakfast etc. 9pm everything was closed and dead. looks may be appealing feels soulless and coffee less. the property does not care just said sorry, like sorry de jour would change anything.
