Recently renovated, it is very well equipped and ideal for a family or for a business trip. You will find in the apartment everything you need for your stay. This 50 m² apartment is located in an old building. Fully renovated and bright, it consists of: - A large living room with a sofa, a flat-screen TV with international channels, as well as a dining table for 4/6 people. - An open and refined kitchen, equipped with a combined microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso machine. - A bathroom equipped with an Italian shower, a sink, a towel dryer and a hair dryer. The toilet is separate. - Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with a very comfortable double bed that can accommodate two people each. You can also leave your suitcases there. You will also find an iron and storage spaces! We provide sheets and towels as well as coffee capsules. Of course, the apartment has high-speed WiFi. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building.
