Colonial Haven: Located two doors from the Governor's Mansion our spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment in Old San Juan includes with outdoor space . We are walking distance to the cruise ship ports. BY FAR THE BEST BLOCK TO STAY IN OLD SAN JUAN!!

Safe walking at any hour, walk around the corner to popular calle Cristo, where you'll find a host of outlets, art galleries, bars and local shops. Or head down to the historic entrance of Old San Juan and enjoy a sunset stroll in front of the ocean along the beautiful Paseo la Princesa which is a minute a way . We are just one block away from the world renown Old San Juan Catholic Cathedral, the historic El Convento Hotel and a five minute walk to El Morro.
Guest may access their private patios and interior entrance garden.
This spacious home features beautiful colonial doors over looking the old town streets of San Juan. Decorated with local artistry, the fully stocked kitchen and two full bathrooms make it comfortable for families and groups to vacation together. All homes include linens, towels and basic toiletries. Home is equipped with free wifi access and a streaming TV. Guest can enjoy patios and beautifully manicured gardens exclusive to your home.
This home is great for families and friends alike looking to explore the Old City and Puerto Rico.

Shared Outdoor Backyard Patio
Old San Juan is truly a walkable city and there's plenty of things to do: great museums, shopping, art galleries, restaurants and an awesome night life scene. For trips outside of Old San Juan, you may rent a car or use Uber. For Parking in Old San Juan, there are three alternatives: La Puntilla (South side) or Ballajá (North side), both are about 5 minute walk to the house. There is usually parking on the street early in the morning or late in the afternoon. There are some restrictions in certain blocks. There is the "lancha" shuttle in the lower piers if you want to visit the Bacardi Distillery or have lunch alongside the Cataño piers. If you just want to get around Old San Juan please take advantage of the free shuttle.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Our stay was perfect! The rental was very clean and the space was actually bigger than we expected. The location was ideal, as we could easily walk to everything we needed including shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts were extremely friendly and offered many suggestions of what to do in town. We loved our stay! I highly recommend this property.
