Great location and very comfortable place. Would definitely stay there again if returning to San Juan.

We had a great stay at this home. All the beds were very comfortable. The afternoon we arrived, we had no electricity due to a power grid problem in that area. It was repaired about 9:15. No other problems. There is a good climb to get to the “action” (out door to left) and driveway to Governors house if you turn right. Guard presence in the area is higher as a result of the entrance.

Great location, near historic site, great restaurants and beautiful sites.

Considering the age of this old Spanish Colonial house, one could tell that an owner spent a lot of money on restoration. Where it fell short was;A colony of ants in the kitchenA mouse trap under the bed which suggested a mouse problemPersistent mosquitos and mosquito bitesMold in the washing machine or drierHot water plumbing with very slow heating rather than electric instant heaters for the showersVery inferior TV reception and tuningHowever a very nice and clean neighborhood and friendly neighbors, and a relatively short walk up the hill to the shops and restaurants
