About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming house in Téteghem for rent, with a floor area of 130 m² and accommodation for up to 5 guests. It comprises a 34 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three lovely bedrooms, a bathroom (with a bath) and a garden of approximately 2,600 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 34 m² living room with a sofa, TV/board games and a dining area with a decorative fireplace
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with a king-size bed (180×200) that converts into two single beds (90×200) and a desk area
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a desk area
- Bedroom 3: with a single bed (90×190)
- A bathroom (with bath) and double washbasins
- A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer
Outside:
- A beautiful, private, enclosed west-facing garden of 2,600 m²
- A 16 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: Baby bath, high chair and cot.
The house is ideally situated in Téteghem, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

- Ostend–Bruges Airport (OST), 55 km away, or Brussels Airport, 160 km away
