From here, you access a modern and well-equipped kitchen, complete with all appliances and a practical breakfast island, perfect for starting the day with energy.The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both equipped with wardrobes and windows that offer suggestive views of the surrounding nature and the lake. The bathroom, elegant and functional, is provided with a window and a modern shower.Immersed in a centuries-old olive grove, Oliver boasts a splendid terrace with lake views, perfect for enjoying moments of outdoor relaxation. Guests can peacefully walk among the olive trees or meditate in this corner of nature. Additionally, from the living room, one can access a panoramic balcony, always with a view of the lake.For your convenience, a reserved parking is available in front of the property.
