About this house rental
Our house is located above the village of Pregasio about 450 m above Lake Garda in the middle of the 'Alto Garda Bresciano' national park in a small, well-maintained complex with a pool (20 x 5 m).
3 levels and 3 separate bedrooms / bathrooms offer enough space for 6 people.
Of all rooms on the ground floor and 1st Floor you have a wonderful view over the lake to the Monte Baldo chain opposite.
The outdoor area with a large terrace and a small lawn invites you to sunbathe and relax.
The house has a satellite TV + radio + CD player and an Internet connection via WLAN.
A fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher + toaster + kettle + fridge / freezer combination, coffee machine is available. There is no oven.
In the village of Pregasio there is a restaurant and a well-stocked supermarket within walking distance. The main town of the municipality Tremosine - Pieve is approx. 2 km away.
