Charming 70m2 apartment in Cannes, ideally located one minute from the beaches and three minutes from the city center. Completely renovated, it offers modern comfort with two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and an equipped kitchen. Enjoy the immediate proximity of the beaches and the historical district of Suquet for an unforgettable stay.

The large living room is divided between:
- An ultra comfortable living room with Smart TV
- An open and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included)
- A dining area for 4
- An office area
The first bedroom offers a queen size bed (160cm) as well as an integrated dressing room and a smart TV.
The second is equipped with two single beds and a dressing room.
A marble effect shower room completes this beautiful space.
ALENTS
After a few steps on your street, Jean Dollfus Street, you can choose:
- Walk along the beaches to sip cocktails (1 min watch in hand)
- Take time for yourself at Spa Villa Belle Plage (neighbor building)
- Go taste the tapas of the Loka Bar Kitchen or go for a drink at the Charlys bar in the Suquet (3 to 5 min)
- Shop on the street of Antibes (9 min)
- Join the Festival Palace (Less than 12 min)
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Parking is paid in the streets nearby.

The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.
Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.
Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
We inform you that in order to finalize any reservation, secure external links are sent to you as part of our internal organization.
