Appartement très bien situé, c’est clairement son gros atout. Hôte prévenant et disponible, ce qui facilite le séjour. Logement bien équipé avec plusieurs couchages (lit dans la chambre, canapé-lit, lit en mezzanine). Présence de nombreux équipements appréciables au quotidien.
La mezzanine et son accès ne sont pas sécurisés, ce qui peut être problématique, notamment avec des enfants. L’appartement mériterait un bon rafraîchissement pour être plus agréable et moderne.

La réactivité de l’autre a été impeccable malgré une demande tardive. L’appartement, que je connais bien pour y avoir ces journées avant réponds à tous mes critères.

Le Clem is really near the beach and the pretty district of the Suquet with a lot of restaurants.
The apartment is located inside an old building. It is partially renovated. All fornitures are quite cheap and some of them damaged. The floor was really dirty. Some parts of the apartment were cleaned better but the level was not good. All walls are dirty with visible traces of time. The bathroom smells and the mezzanine uncommentable...
