Location is absolutely fantastic, few minutes to the city centre, beach, historical Le Suquet, shops, markets, restaurants, simply the best in Cannes. Air conditions was life saver. Worked fabulously in summer, and kept us cool during the hot and humid weather. Hammoc is was a nice touch (and the reason of our stay :D). Owner's manual for entry was super helpful, even with a YT video :D. Facilities were also top notch.
Good to know: No views from the windows, no elevator (expected because this is an old french house), parking is about luck in front of the accommodation, if you find a spot, however the owner provided us with a map for payed parking garages near by. WC is located on the ground floor, but bedroom and bathroom with shower and sink is in the first floor, you have to move up and down by narrow stairs.

The location is amazing !! Close to a lot of restaurants and store, as well as the beach. The place is really nice and clean, it has AC in both rooms. Overall we loved this place !!!
The recovery of the keys was a little tricky since we had to call a French phone number for the buzzer to work and we didn’t have an actual SIM card, we were all using esims so we had to pay an international call . But once we got the keys it was all good

Location was great- 3 min away of a fabulous public and private beach; very good instructions in accessing the property were sent ahead; hammock was rather an interesting entertainement.
The elevator was absent- very challenging with the luggages for a week; bathroom was without a washing basin inside or next to- you have to go upstairs to wash your hands; the beds were not very comfortable, especially the sofa one; only bath towels were provided- the hand ones were missing and not supplied despite the request; the door of the shower cabin needs repair.

The location and the new look of the apartment.
The materials used for cleaning were filthy and still in the livingroom when we arrived. There were small banana flues from the cleaning cloth left at the zink. There were creme Fraiche left in the fridge, which always makes you wonder if someone cleaned it. The bed in the livingroom was really loud and hard to get a proper sleep in.
