Located in a secure residence, the apartment is on the ground floor, with an outdoor area that you can enjoy all year round.



Let's start the visit with the entrance that serves the main room, composed of a living area with sofa bed (160x200cm), connected TV, dining area, and fully equipped open kitchen.



The set opens with a large bay window on the private garden, furnished with a garden furniture, an outdoor dining area and an electric barbecue.



A gate allows direct access to common green areas and children's playgrounds, without needing to pass through the common areas.



On the night side:

A reserved parking space is located just near the entrance to the apartment.

Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.

All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
