→ A bright living room with a sofa, a TV, and a dining table. It opens onto a beautiful terrace with a view of the pool.
→ An open-plan kitchen fully equipped (Fridge, microwave, induction hob, toaster, coffee maker, and washing machine), with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
→ A terrace with a view of the pool, including a table for outdoor dining to enjoy the beautiful Côte d'Azur weather, as well as a barbecue and a garden lounge.
→ A first bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) with a TV, which can be opened to the living room with sliding doors.
→ A second bedroom with a King Size bed (180x200) or two single beds (90x200), a large closet.
→ A bathroom with a shower.
→ A separate toilet.
→ Television and high-speed internet (WiFi).
→ An underground garage comes with this apartment, along with visitor parking spaces available in the residence.
