Penthouse apartment with sea view and very large terrace and pool

Not only was this apartment well organized, spotless, spacious, and conveniently located, it had an incredible private terrace with panoramic views of the Bay of Cannes. Both bedrooms had en suite baths plus there were two WCs. Highly recommend.

Great property & stay - couldn't fault it.

Lovely apartment in a nice location

This is an absolutely fantastic apartment. And Herve and Aina are wonderful hosts. Based on the description of the property and the photos, we selected this apartment for our three weeks on the Riviera. Herve and Aina were at the property when we arrived, and they showed us everything in each room and also on the terrace. Then the unbelievable, to us. Herve took us on a walk to show the easiest way to get to the market and then further on to a main street where he introduced us to the owner of a restaurant and treated us to a glass of rose. Everything in the apartment is new. But we spent each and every evening at the southern end of the terrace watching the lights of Cannes and the bay light up. No crowds. No noise. And only a kilometer from the beach. It is uphill, yes, but it is easy to get a taxi to return home. Also, the Novotel is next door and it can be your neighborhood bar and restaurant. And also, their pool is for the tenants use. Should you encounter a problem, and we did, we received responses within less than two hours. Just great. Lastly, should you be in Cannes next summer, please check out the fireworks festival. It features contestants from six countries and may be the best fireworks show we have ever seen.
