Renovated 2-Br Apartment with Terrace and Pool

I came here for the Cannes Film Festival. I don't speak French, so there was a little miscommunication in the beginning and created some conflict, ROCKY START, but I will take 50% blame for that. Emails crossed. I urge the property manager to get on the phone with customers when they are coming from out of the country. It puts our minds at ease. The check-in process was good, the only comment I will make is the woman, who was very nice, did not speak much English. Luckily I hired a driver who spoke English and french, and he translated. The property is beautiful, very secure, very clean, and about a 17-minute walk from the Palais de Festival or a 7-10 min uber ride, depending on traffic. Great location, and a grocery store right around the corner. NOTE to management: Tell tenants that you have black-out shutters, and where the buttons are. First 3 days I woke up really early because the main bedroom with one bed is really bright. I had no idea I could bring those shutters down. I went to bed at 4 am and woke up at 7 am!!! I almost started getting sick, but then the property manager told me about the shutters and where the button was to put them down. Great feature. Also, the washer-dryer broke after one use, so they sent someone, picked up my laundry, washed, pressed, and delivered them to me twice during my stay. They did charge me over 120 Euro for extra towels and sheets, which I was mad about because I would have washed them myself if the washer-dryer was working. BUT the way they delivered my cleaned laundry, I could not stay mad, and I had to give them 5 stars for customer service. This place was not cheap, but you get what you pay for. They have a nice pool. which I did not use. A huge wrap-around balcony, which was great, and nice wifi internet. Overall, you won't regret staying here. Also, it's quiet, unlike if you stay in the main area of the Cannes film festival, you probably won't be able to sleep due to noise until 5 am. The unit has a huge closet where we stored our suitcases, a parking spot in the garage, and a storage unit in the garage. Great features. They med me at 10 am when I checked out. All went smoothly. Thank You to the Management company: Great Stay after a rocky start. I own a 5-star million-dollar Las Vegas strip condo suite that I rent out. So I wanted to write a detailed review that will help others. By the way, they even left some laundry detergent, and dishwashing stuff.

La prestation proposée par votre agence a été totalement à la hauteur de nos attentes et à la description de l'offre. Un grand merci. Les plus : appartement et résidences en parfait état, très bien équipés. Situation géorgraphique correspondant totalement à notre attente : au calme, tout proche des commerces, accès à pied en 10mn à la Croisette et la rue d'Antibes. Du vrai haut de gamme accessible. Votre accueil et votre suivi de notre séjour ont été excellents et avec convivialité et écoute. Grande réactivité à nos demandes. Suggestion : installer une paroi sur la baignoire de la grande salle de bain. Installer une petite étagère ou commode dans la salle de douche. Nous ne manquerons pas de retenir vos coordonnées pour un futur séjour.
