About this apartment rental
Classic French elegance! The flat is located in a rare period building with only two flats per floor, on the first floor (no lift) (780 sq ft) , it features 2 bedrooms (each can be configured with either 2 singles or a king bed) , with mezzanine that sleeps 2 more (they are proper beds, not fold outs), 3 bathroom flat overlooks a charming tree filled square:
* just half a block from rue d'antibes - the best shopping street
*500 metres from the beach! (beach towels available upon request)
*an easy 10 minute walk to the Palais where all the conferences (congresses) take place
* fully equipped for long or short stays : Miele full size washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, shopping cart, cooking utensils and place settings for a minimum of 8 people.
With rare 3.5 metre high ceilings which allows for the 10 mt. square mezzanine that features two more single beds (not full standing height but cozy) - it is airy and spacious and has great character. The light floods in through the 3 sets of tall french doors in the living room that lead onto a slim balcony where there is a small table and two chairs. There is speedy wifi and cable TV. The bedrooms are both a good size also with high ceilings, a wardrobe and chest of drawers each. Each bedroom allows for the double bed to be split into two singles. Each bedroom has it's own remote controlled AV/Heater and crisp white linens and duvets, and proper wooden hangers, not the cheap wire ones!
A total renovation completed in 2014: all new full US kitchen with central island, AC/heating (3 units - 1 in living room, 1 in each bedroom), double glazing in the bedrooms, new flooring, fresh decoration and paint and all new linens and towels which are included in the price. The bathrooms are modern and clean. The bathroom configuration (1 independent toilet, 1 sink/shower room and 1 full bathroom with nice shower stall, sink and toilet) is perfect for when there are several people trying to get ready at once.
With a dining table that can seat 8 and an open plan kitchen and a brand new central island with stools, it feels even bigger than it's 78 mt. sq. size.

As a group of 5 ladies on a girls trip, this property was absolutely perfect for us. The host, Michelle, went over and beyond in making sure we were taken care of during our stay. The communication before and during our stay was excellent. The property itself was beautifully decorated and spacious.Location was great and a very short walk to dining, shopping, grocery stores, a cute outdoor market, and all the beach clubs. The property was located in a quiet square with a couple of restaurants below. Very conveniently located.We enjoyed our stay even more because of Michelle and the property manager's hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Very nice apartment in the center of Cannes, close to the beach (10min walk). Everything was in good shape and clean. You will find everything you need the apartment - even a beach umbrella, and a set of beach towels we found which we forgot to bring with us. Restaurants and Cafes are right next to the apartment. A public parking garage, you can book upfront with the city on Cannes, is right next the apartment. Very kind communication with the owner and property manager upfront and during the stay. We are happy to return in case of our next visit to the Côte d'Azur

This is a beautiful apartment that was perfect for our family of 5. It’s in a great location that is walkable to everything. The owner and property manager are both very kind and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

The host was very responsive and provided helpful restaurant and taxi suggestions. Sadly, the kitchen and appliances were a bit grubby and dated. There was a plumbing issue which led to a few cold showers. The host took feedback graciously. We’d also suggest a more comfortable sofa. The toilet and mezz space are very small.
