These 5 bedrooms in this home are truly designed for style & comfort, each with their own smart TV! Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a king bed, dedicated workspace (desk), and a private ensuite bathroom. There is one more bedroom upstairs, which has two queen beds.
On the lower level, there are 3 more bedrooms. Two of those bedrooms have 1 king bed in each, while the fifth and final bedroom is SUPER fun & unique, with a custom full-over-full bunk bed and a built-in slide!

There are 3 full, modern bathrooms throughout this home, each with a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. Upstairs, there is a private ensuite bathroom connected to the master bedroom & one more full bathroom accessible from the hallway.
On the lower level, there is one more full bathroom accessible from the hallway, providing easy access to all bedrooms on the lower level.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.
Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.
Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

Absolutely excellent house with wonderful amenities in a private feeling space in a safe feeling community. Didn’t get to use the pool since it was out of season but made great use of the hot tub and fire pit, and the kids loved the outdoor games A great reprieve from busy life
