Great location near golf courses, East Stroudsburg and Mount Airy Casino. We loved the privacy and had a great stay for our golf trip.

The house was exceptional. It was in great condition, spacious, clean and perfect for a large group private event. The location was beautiful and surrounded by nature. It is easily accessible and stores are near enough in case you need to purchase anything. We rarely needed to leave the property because the house has practically everything you might need. We enjoyed using the fire pit for a campfire and the youth enjoyed the pool table. The host was great to work with. Highly recommend.

The property is very tired and a bit worn. The owners need to reinvest to bring it up to date. Ice makers in the refrigerators are inoperable. Showers and sink faucets have significant flow problems. No paper products, linens, soap etc. the outdoor furniture is over worn. The ping pong table looks like the foothills of the Rockies. Many kitchen items but many missing like a grater, wine opener. The external ground are poorly kept with rodents chewing at the shed doors. Interesting clean up requirements but no brooms, mops, vacuum cleaner.
