This house is really nice and big. We stayed with 3 other couples and kids. Everyone had their own space. Everything you need is in the house.
Only issue, and it was small, is you have to go through security at the gate for everything, entry, deliveries. Not a big deal, but it is a gated community.

The house was located at the edge of the lake. The house had kayaks available for use. I think my children and grandchildren took part in every activity and had a great time.

Oleg, our host, was wonderful and communicative. The house was in pretty good shape for the price point. We traveled with both young children and aging parents. While the property is waterfront, the listing did not convey the steep incline and uneven stairs leading down to the water. Several of us took tumbles and my parents (76 and 80) dared not attempt it. Plenty of bathrooms and cozy bedrooms. Close to multiple activities and enjoyed the pool and games center at the complex's center.
