Welcome to our stunning 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom mountain home in the heart of the Poconos! The main living space features soaring ceilings, skylights, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a wood-burning fireplace. Enjoy seamless entertaining with our large open-concept kitchen and dining area, or head out to the wrap-around deck offering lake views, a propane fire pit, grill, and a 6-person hot tub.
Inside, guests of all ages will find plenty to do: a huge lower-level game room with pool, ping-pong, foosball, and a second refrigerator; a main-floor casino/poker room with LED lighting; an upper-level reading nook; and a room full of toys for kids.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Main Level: Primary King suite with crib and private full bath; half bath in hallway.
Upstairs: Bedroom 2 (2 Queens + TV), Bedroom 3 (2 Full beds + toys), and a full bathroom with tub and stand-up shower.
Lower Level: Bedroom 4 (King + crib + workstation), Bedroom 5 (Queen + crib), extra futon in game room, and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Note: Township regulations restrict parking to a maximum of 6 vehicles. Please review all house rules prior to booking.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel cancellation insurance for their trip.
Community Access & Registration:
This property is located within a gated community. Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete and sign both a rental agreement and a community lease, which will be sent to you directly. Upon arrival, all guests must register at the welcome center. Detailed registration instructions will be provided in your confirmation email.
Vehicle Information: A maximum of six vehicles is permitted at the property. Each vehicle must be registered individually, as the sharing of parking passes is strictly prohibited. Guests are required to adhere to the community speed limit of 25 MPH at all times.
House Rules and Fees:
- Pets: A fee of $100 per pet applies.
- Waste Management: Please dispose of trash and recycling in the designated outdoor bins. We manage curbside collection every Monday; our team will move the bins to the curb on Sunday without entering the home.
- Safety: Guests use all home and community amenities at their own risk. Please note that fireworks and flying lanterns are strictly prohibited within the community.
- Late Registration: Any reservation booked five days or less prior to arrival will incur a $75 administrative fee required by the community association.
-Pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day): We provide 12 pool passes. There will be a $125 fee for any lost/missing passes. The community has a right to close the pools due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances such as lack of lifeguards. We do not have control over that, although if we are aware of any issues, we communicate that to our guests immediately.
Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Requests for early check-in must be made 1–3 days in advance and are subject to property availability and readiness.
- Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to request a late check-out.
- Unauthorized late check-outs disrupt our cleaning schedule and affect incoming guests. Any departure after 10:00 AM without prior authorization will incur a $75 fee for the first hour. For stays exceeding the first hour, guests will be charged the equivalent of one full night at the current nightly rate.

The home is just as pictured/described. In fact, I would go a step further and suggest the owner upload updated photos of the beautifully remodeled kitchen and upstairs bathroom. The beds are new and very good. Minisplits are in every room for efficient climate control. The kitchen is very well equipped. The host provides plenty of paper towels and bath tissue, and all linens as well (including beach towels for hot tub/community pool). There was plenty toentertain all - even our teenager grandkids, and the property location is very quiet. The host is extremely helpful and responsive to questions. If there was any snafu it would be first day check-in at the gate. GPS address provided takes you to the rear entrance gate, where you have to take a screenshot of the directions to exit and drive a few miles to the front gate. You have no WiFi at that point, but the Guardhouse person gives you a username and code if you ask, so you can input the property address at that point to find it. Perhaps the estate’s front gate address would be helpful. We would not hesitate to come here again with our group of 8, thank you so much.

We had a great weekend. We had some difficultly controlling the air conditioning. We very cool at times. There was a storm the last night and a portion of one of the dead trees that is close to the parking dropped on one of our cars and did some minor damage. Would recommend clearing the dead trees.

We loved staying here - well-appointed in every room. Lots of space for a family of 10. The kids loved the upstairs and the downstairs game areas! The kitchen and dining areas were huge and had everything we needed. Everything was CLEAN!!! The complimentary wine and snacks were much appreciated by all. The hot tub was a hit, too. The host stayed in contact and made sure we were all set. Would definitely recommend this property!
