Relaxation and tranquility await at our beautiful lakefront home, located just over an hour from NYC. perfect escape for those who want to feel like they are a world away, but may not want to drive for hours to get there. Located in Penn Estates Community of East Stroudsburg, our lakefront home feels cozy and secluded with a large, private, wooded property and direct access to the backyard lake, along with hot tub and sauna. The home sleeps a total of 12 adults, with 5 bedrooms, and 3 full freshly renovate bathrooms.

Came with a group of friends to spend a weekend reconnecting and enjoy time together. Overall the interior of the home is in good shape, everything was clean and in good working order.
However it should be noted that this house is not a 6 bedroom home, it’s really 4 bedrooms with a pullout couch and a barn door room as the last two “bedrooms”. It does say that in the details of the listing but at first glance it may be easy to misread. So it may not be ideal for a larger group but the rooms are clean, comfortable, and the overall property is nice.
Feliks, the host, is great! Communication was quick, detailed, and provided exactly what we needed to enjoy our stay.
One last note is that the home is located in a gated community. Be sure to fill out your passes on the check-in instructions provided by the host (it’s lengthy but necessary). If you do not fill it out exactly there’s no way you or your guests will be admitted to the neighborhood (our group didn’t experience that issue but others at the gate did). Also, I’d suggest avoiding arriving directly at 4pm as it appears there are multiple rentals in the area and the wait to get in due to security was lengthy. They’re just doing their jobs so work with them and they’ll work with you.
Overall a nice place for friends and family to spend a quiet weekend

The house was great. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed for big family meals. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fire pit. Great views of the lake and lots of deer to see. Feliks was the best. Always responded immediately.

This house had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation! My husband and I, 3 grown children and their significant others were very comfortable, had plenty of space and had a lovely time. Besides the common areas, there were many other spaces to retreat to if you just wanted to do your own thing! It was also very well appointed with everything needed to enjoy a lakeside retreat! The only downside was getting in and out of this property (it’s within a gated community) was very frustrating - they need a better system.
Overall, wonderful and we will definitely be coming back!

Our family of four (2 teenagers) enjoyed a great getaway to the Poconos for spring break. After a bit of an issue at check-in (which was handled easily and expediently by Feliks), we greatly enjoyed the stay. The house and the property are quite beautiful, and imagine will be even more so during the coming summer months. Plenty of space to spread out with a fully equipped kitchen and nicely appointed bedrooms and bathrooms The Wifi worked great and we enjoyed reading by the fire, paddling / fishing in the provided kayaks (caught a small bass) and making s’mores in the outdoor firepit under the bright stars.
The highlight was the hot tub, which fit our family of 4 perfectly… (could fit 6) and after our evening soaks - we retired to the basement entertainment area to watch our favorites on Netflix and Disney+. Easy access to hiking and outdoor activities, as well as 10-15 mins to many restaurants, wineries, breweries and all that Stroudsburg has to offer.
