Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming 72m² flat with sea view, 50 meters from the sea and 700 meters from Prieuré beach, in Dinard, France. It can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the second floor of a quiet, secure residence (with lift).
The flat was completely refurbished in June 2025. The owners have made a point of offering top-of-the-range, functional materials. The flat will seduce you with its spacious, luminous living room (bay window - South/East exposure) and its incredible view over the mouth of the Rance, the Priory beach and the Saint-Servan district.
The flat comprises
- A 46m² living room with connected TV, comfortable sofa, 2 armchairs and an office area. A balcony equipped with an outdoor table and 4 chairs to enjoy the incredible view of the marina, the Pointe de la Vicomté ...
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, fully fitted and equipped with electric kettle, traditional oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob (4 burners) with integrated hood...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160*200). The bedding is premium quality (25 cm thick mattress).
- Bathroom with Italian-style shower, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.
- Separate WC
The flat is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment, just 100 meters from the famous Grand Barrière Hotel...
All essential shops are close at hand (Dinard's hypercenter is 500 meters away).
