Pretty and Confy Seaside Villa, Well located in a quiet environment

The house is located next to " Le chemin de la source", which is a pedestrian and bicycle path on the way to the coast. Only 25 minutes walking distance to Pontaillac ( and his notorious Casino) or Nauzan , two famous beaches of our beautiful Charente Maritime.
It is , as well, walking or cycling distance to any nice food shop ( fresh food , baker , supermarket , pizza...etc ) . Vaux sur Mer is located 5 minutes driving from the famous Royan central Market, the train station or the Port and his new pedestrian area with many restaurants. Further away, 15 minutes driving , the " Grande Cote " where waves are waiting for you by the very long and pleasant beach.
If you want to visit the area , many options are possible ; the town of La Rochelle , with the port and the aquarium , Ré or Oléron Island, worth be visited. Villages , as Talmont or Meschers , will impress you by their beauty and originality.

The second you arrive , you can park your car or on a reserved place, or in a safe garage, with an electric door , where you can also store your bicycles.
