Ideally situated on the coastal road in Vaux-sur-Mer, you can enjoy magnificent sunsets and admire the sea. The apartment comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The entrance opens onto the living area, which includes: - a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, electric hob, Senseo and filter coffee makers, kettle, toaster, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, etc.). - a lounge area with a sofa, television, and internet access. A table and chairs are available for indoor dining. Direct access to the balcony allows you to enjoy your coffee on the terrace overlooking the sea and to dine outdoors (outdoor furniture and an electric griddle are available). Two bedrooms are located on this level: The first, with a sea view, has a queen-size bed (160 cm) for two people, storage space, a TV, and a balcony. The second has a bunk bed (two single beds). Please note that guests weighing over 50 kg cannot sleep in the upper bunk. These beds are reserved for children. A shower room is accessible, with a single sink, hairdryer, and towel warmer. Separate WC. On the garden level, you can enjoy the third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) (sleeps 2), a television, and an adjoining shower room with a single sink, towel warmer, storage, and integrated WC. A parking space (garage) is reserved for you. Washing machine on site. The center of Pontaillac and all its shops (pharmacy, bakery, mini-market, cafes, restaurants, Casino) are about a 10-minute walk away. Smoking is prohibited on the property. Noise disturbances at night may result in police intervention. House rules require quiet in the residence from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
