This elegant air-conditioned villa offers a spacious and bright living environment, ideal for a vacation focused on comfort and serenity.
It features a large living/dining area extended by a fully equipped open kitchen: oven, 3-burner induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, fridge-freezer, and a utility room with an additional fridge and laundry area.
The entire space opens onto a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool — perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing.
On the same level, you’ll find a first double bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and an en-suite shower room.
On the garden level, facing the pool, a peaceful sleeping area hosts two additional bedrooms, including a beautiful master suite with dressing room, bathroom, and private toilet.
An independent studio completes the villa, offering its own bedroom, shower room, toilet, and living room with kitchen — all opening directly onto the terrace and pool for complete independence.
For your comfort: high-speed Wi-Fi internet, television, air conditioning, garden furniture, gas barbecue, washing machine.
Private parking for 2 vehicles inside the villa, plus one additional spot outside.
