Nestling in a verdant setting, this stylish villa is a haven of tranquillity right by the coast. The spacious and bright lounge/dining room provides a comfortable place to relax. It leads out onto a large sea-facing terrace with a barbecue, ideal for savouring sunny moments. The separate spacious kitchen is fully equiped for holidays with no constraints. In the heart of the house, a charming patio offers a refreshing place to spend time with your family or firends playing babyfoot or just chilling out in the lounge area.
Several sleeping areas, five bedrooms on different levels are proposed:
On the ground floor, you will find three bedrooms, all opening onto the patio: the first one has a king-size bed, a simple bed and four bunk beds, the second one has a king-size bed and a simple bed, the third bedroom a queen-size bed. There is a large bathroom with a bath and a shower, with separate toilet.
Upstairs, a large bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed opening onto a solarium with a stunning panorama over the sea. On this same level, there is a separate space with two bunk beds and a separate bathroom with toilet.
At garden level, a very large bedroom with outside access and offering a king-size bed, four bunk beds and a nice bathroom with toilet.
Integrated perfectly into the natural surroundings, it features a lovely swimming pool with deckchairs, a petanque area, large gardens and a play area for children with a swing.

Situated at Bormes les Mimosas, the villa is located on the hillside of the Pas de Courtin area, in the district of La Verrerie. Approximately 5km away from the beaches and the city centre (car is recommended), between pine trees and mimosas, a prime location which perfectly incarnates Provence.
