At the top of a small hill in the Massif des Maures, within a secure estate, this tastefully furnished spacious villa enjoys a dominant position offering a clear panoramic view of vineyards, the bay of Hyères, the Golden Isles, and the surrounding hills. The stunning sandy beaches of l'Argentière, Cabasson, and l'Estagnol are just a few minutes away. The starting point of the Valcros Golf Course is 5 minutes away.
The garden is a harmonious blend of lawns, stone walls, and flowering rockeries, creating a peaceful atmosphere conducive to relaxation. A beautiful pool surrounded by terraces, covered or not, and an outdoor lounge allows for pleasant outdoor living throughout the day, sheltered from the sun. Quiet and privacy.
The villa, approximately 185 sqm on 2 levels:
On the ground floor: a large living/dining room opening onto a terrace with a sea view pool, fitted kitchen, laundry room, 1 bedroom opening onto a terrace with a Kingsize bed (180*200) with its bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90200), shower, toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a Kingsize bed (180*200) and a bathroom, 1 bedroom with a Queensize bed (160*200), a bathroom with shower, 2 toilets, terrace with sea and hills view.
The 3 bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable, each with a bathroom or shower en suite and independent access to the terraces, either upper or lower, overlooking the garden and the sea.
The 4th bedroom with two twin beds has no window or en suite bathroom.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms.

For your comfort: Satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet, gas barbecue, secure domain.
