The staff were all lovely. Very welcoming. The room although small was very well designed and attractive - also spotlessly clean. The little touches: filtered water, kettle, coffee machine, good quality teas, and little cakes, were all very nice. It was quiet too. The location was good. A little more help with public transport options to the hotel would be helpful. I would definitely stay again :-)
Clearer directions to the hotel needed, for those using public transport. It wasn't clear where to find the bus at Gare du Nord train station. In the rain, I had to opt for a rather expensive taxi.
