Check In and Check Out process was smooth and easy.
Location confusing, long wait to use lift. When we arrive room wasn’t ready, the host said cleaner forgot to clean.

The room very spacious ,very minimalist as mentioned very comfortable with extra pillows iron and ironboard and hair dryer are provided.

Only 2 lifts were in operation. No proper sign for pick up point. Sometimes the driver went to the lobby.

the cleanliness, the room is acceptable, nothing to complaint for the room part. the view from room was good.
the lift only 6 units, but seems like only 4 units is working, but each floor got 30 rooms, so very jam when check in / out time.
new sa, so the direction to go there is not so very clear, a bit confusing when first time to got there.
