5 steps from the sea

Emplacement à 2 pas des plages idéal. Très bonne configuration des espaces et nombreux couchages. Climatisation très appréciable. Plein de petites attentions (pain, miel, fromage, eau…) à notre arrivée.

We liked everything. The apartment has everything you can need or think of ( all cuttlery, cooking ware, the fridge had fresh eggs for brekfast, milk, fruits, croissants, varity of jams, honey, chocolate, bathroom is supplied with everything even girls pads, nappies for kids, etc) there is a baby bed if you travle with an infant, stock of towels and bedware, balcony with a table with chairs, swing bench, umbrella. Owner Athanasios is fantastic, met us, explained everything in the apartment, how to operate everything in teh kitchen, showed us the parking lot which is only 2 mins on foot from the apartment. You need 1 minute to reach Kalamta beach. Thank you to the owner he had unforgettable time. Well recommened place!

Excellent location first of all, it couldn't be better. Bare in mind that the best part of Kalamata's beach is right in front of the building, with sand instead of rocks. We traveled with children, and there are both indoor / outdoor playgrounds, which is great. Besides that, full of beach bars, restaurants, supermarkets, all you could ever need. While the interior could be more modern (don't expect luxury amenities), I have to judge this property from a price / quality ratio perspective....this is why I gave it a 10....well deserved at this price. I also have to state that the owner also deserves a 10, punctual, always helpful & fully reliable...congratulations !

Squeaky floors here and there, kitchen windows point towards the building staircases.
