We were allowed to check in a little early which was very kind. Katerina herself showed us around the property, which is very spacious. From the balconies she was able to show us where to go in Kalamata, which was very useful. Constant hot water and good AC. Each of the four of us had our own rooms, one of which was larger than the other and was en-suite. Two rooms have double beds and two have twin beds.There are three bathrooms in total which was fine with just the four of us. An easy and nice walk into the center of Kalamata. A supermarket and a bakery and coffee shop are across the street and parking on the road outside was always possible. Would definitely recommend for groups requiring two to four rooms. First night the apartment had no running water, no toilet, washing hands, no water. Should have been told before arrival. We understood afterwards there was an ongoing street construction issue but we were not made aware until after check in and moved all our baggage. We would have planned accordingly.
Secondly the street had no parking. The best was when I wake up to the neighbor pouring grease on our windshield and called the cops. There was no indication that our parking was a violation. Especially since most cars are parking on the sidewalk or partially blocking the roadway. We received a fine. The place was gleaming with great things. We unfortunately given the water and parking nightmare. The rest was good.

property was spacious with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. in walking distance to the Plaka (center of town). fabulous host of the property as well.
top floor if steps bother you. but multiple balconies and views of Kalamata
