Very good, friendly communication from the host. Spotless clean studio with spectacular view. If you go there by car, be mindful of the steep roads. Highly recommended place. Great value for money. We enjoyed our stay, especially awesome view from the balcony. Thank you so much.

Bellissima struttura nuova, moderna e ben tenuta appena fuori dal centro di Kalamata,vicino alla bella spiaggia di Verga,per me la posizione migliore in città...La vista sul golfo è meravigliosa, le foto corrispondono perfettamente e nel monolocale c'è tutto il necessario, tutto nuovo pulito e curato...Il proprietario è molto simpatico, gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa...Se dovessi tornare a Kalamata alloggerò nuovamente qui Senza dubbio

Excellent cosy studio in a long building of similar accommodations. The individual balconies are adjacent with a high plank providing visual but not auditory separation. Fantastic view over the bay of Kalamata. Everything looked brand new and clean. Comfy bed. Host was very helpful, he brought bottled water and made sure I had everything I needed. I would recommend.
Providing more detailed information about how to access the property could be helpful. You have to drive through the parking of the next door taverna to get to the accommodation.
