Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig mit einem grossen Balkon mit Meersicht und einem kleineren Balkon mit Bergsicht. Wir haben in den letzten Jahren schon einige Appartements gemietet. Nina's Villa hat alle übertroffen, in Preis und Leistung! Wir können dieses Appartement allen nur empfehlen! Die Gastgeber waren stets freundlich, grosszügig und liebevoll. Zudem sind die Bushaltestellen in beide Richtungen in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Strände von Kalamata bis Stoupa sind mit ÖV erreichbar. Zudem kann man direkt (in 5 Min) auf einem steilen Pfad ein idyllisches Plätzchen am Meer erreichen.

Da fällt uns beim besten Willen nichts ein!

Nina and Panos are very kind and generous hosts. Perfect communication from A to Z Two nice bakeries, a small grocery store and a restaurant in walking distance. Excellent value for money, provided you are not too concerned about the comfort.

No beach access; no sidewalk on the main road -> location ok if you have a car; othereise not recommended. WiFi and furbishing may require an upgrade.

We had a wonderful stay at Nina's villa. Nina and Panagiotis are a really, friendly, happy, and lovely couple. The house with terras is nice, big and cool inside. Everything is there for a comfort stay, even a dishwasher. The matras is good, so we slept well. Also, the sleeping room is in the back of the house so you don't hear the road. The couple reacted fast when we had a question. Always friendly and open for a small talk. On the first evening we asked for a good place to eat, and they suggested a really good place at 8 minutes walking from the house: Από την Βέργα. All together, we loved it here. I recommend this place to everyone.
