We had a wonderful stay at Nina's villa. Nina and Panagiotis are a really, friendly, happy, and lovely couple. The house with terras is nice, big and cool inside. Everything is there for a comfort stay, even a dishwasher. The matras is good, so we slept well. Also, the sleeping room is in the back of the house so you don't hear the road.
The couple reacted fast when we had a question. Always friendly and open for a small talk.
On the first evening we asked for a good place to eat, and they suggested a really good place at 8 minutes walking from the house: Από την Βέργα.
All together, we loved it here. I recommend this place to everyone.

Very clean, lovely bedding and towels
Adequate kitchen equipment. Good effective air conditioning in all rooms.
The Alesis Bakery, Verga opposite was wonderful, we had delicious chocolate croissants and very good coffee for breakfast there. The staff were so friendly and gave us excellent advice about restaurants, the taxi company they recommended were so helpful, not expensive, quick to respond to a time and very friendly…. It was an easy 20 minute transfer from the airport.
The road outside was busy and noisy.
The view was obscured by large olive trees.
The beach wasn’t accessible opposite the property, only down a very steep goat track.
Taxi drivers couldn’t easily find the address, so we were dropped off at the Alesis Bakery across the road. The road wasn’t safe to walk along, a car hire would be beneficial, (we managed well using the local taxi service.)
No sign of the mentioned BBQ equipment.
It was difficult to get local advice about beaches and restaurants from our very welcoming host Nina, who didn’t speak English.

Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen ,wirklich außergewöhnlich nette Menschen.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und ist gut ausgestattet ,im Wohnzimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern sind Klimaanlagen ,wir waren sehr zufrieden und wollen auch wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.
Der Lidl ist 2 km entfernt und eine gute Bäckerei ist in 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Es gibt einen Strand der in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar ist ,mit Felsen und Steinen ,da waren nur wir und sonst niemand (im Juni) unsere Tochter 14Jahre wollte nur zu diesem Strand mir persönlich gefiel der Strand in Kalamata besser !
Danke nochmal an Tina für meine Schlüssel und die Reisepässe die ich vergessen habe !
