Clean and well equipped
The rather complicated process to fill out all the forms before we arrived.
The soundproofing between the flats wasn’t very good.

The location was perfect for visiting family nearby. The flat was nicely decorated and tidy throughout. Nice to find a property which had parking on site. The hosts were on hand with communication throughout.
Not having the amenities to set up the air mattress. We assumed because we booked as 3 adults and a toddler that it would have been set up but I was told the day of that I had to ask for this to be done in advance.

It was all very good. Extra facility to hang up coats / suits would be useful.
