Place was amazing , really clean and easy to find. Had all facilities needed! Even a washing machine which I wasn't expecting (didnt use it but still pretty cool they had it) it was basically a mini apartment. Would happily stay again.

Had some trouble getting in but the owners was very quick to speak to me over the phone and direct me with exactly what to do and how to do it properly. Im very pleased with the service and room. Would recommend and use again

For us the location worked well for family commitments locally

The fit out is basic, could do with more soft items like tea towels and bedside lights. The sound proofing is poor and we weren’t lucky with units above and at the side which were very noisy until very late. The entrance process could usefully be clarified to identify which of the 5 keysafes are to be used and how the front door mechanism works.

Everything was modern and relatively clean. Keys available in key lock box and code communicated before check in. We saw reviews saying no toilet paper/towels so were a little worried but they had this available. Small kitchen and tv but perfect for short stay. Kitchen seemed to have a lot of things if you needed to cook. Shampoo and shower gel left (unsure if by owner or previous guest but would be a good touch to have anyway if you’re looking to improve). Very comfortable bed! Handy location for takeaways/shops etc. Transport a little bit tricker to get to centre of London/Tottenham.

The front door lock is a little stiff, at times we were worried we couldn’t get in and didn’t want to disturb other guests. A few issues like ceiling mould/damp etc. could make the property better. Overflowing bins outside the property were very smelly due to hot weather. I’d say however good overall value for money.

No breakfast, no water. Just the bed. Even the tv has no Netflix or anything to watch. Too bad

At least they should provide water. Then the tv had no program to watch. I was asked to use my Amazon or Netflix account. Too bad
