La ubicación ES PERFECTA! 🩷✨ a menos de 30 min se encuentra la Torre Eiffel caminando, una estación de metro súper cerca también, tiendas de alimentos, farmacias, & Bares por si buscas tomarte unos Drinks. Si solo buscas un Lugar para dejar tus Cosas, Bañarte & Dormir. Para 2 personas está perfecto!
Al lugar le hace falta mantenimiento, está muy descuidado. Ell Refrigerador no sirve, las Sábanas tenían mal Olor, el Piso estaba sucio debajo de Cama & Sofá cama, Los instrumentos de cocina también estaban sucios, en el baño se sale el agua de la Ducha, & la calefacción no funciona al 100% si vas en invierno pasarías un poco de Frío, tiene una ventana que da a la calle & se escucha el ruido de la Ciudad.

Paris mittendrin
Die Lage unmittelbar an der Champs Élysées ist unschlagbar, die Betten waren bequem. Für 4-5 Tage war es für uns ok.Tolle Restaurants und 2 Supermärkte um die Ecke, 3 Minuten bis zur Metro. Zum Eiffelturm läuft man unter 30 min. Und die Straße ist laut, das liegt aber an der Innenstadt-Lage, das war für uns wegen der Vorteile der Lage zu verschmerzen. .
Das Apartment braucht mal ein Update. Der Boiler tropft und dadurch kommt das Laminat im Flur etwas hoch. Der Küchenschrank ist defekt, einige Steckdosen funktionieren nicht.

Искали ключ от входной двери на соседней улице на велосипеде маленькая висячая коробка с ключом, в парадной чисто. В квартире старый ремонт , чайника нет посуда есть , в туалете мало места , капает бойлер в шкафу интернета 👎
