Nothing loved it all

Location was fabulous, no street noise and great views. The hot air balloons drifting past the windows at sunrise were a sight to see! Super fast lift, no long waits and you can step out of the building straight into a tram. Good hot water, easy check in and out and good heater for those frosty evenings.

Kitchen facilities are a bit grim

Location, car park facilities, pool, sauna.

The floors and wall are a bit grotty and curtains could use a refresh. This doesn’t impact the beds and bathroom clean. Spa was a bit dirty pool great.

The location was easy access to Central Melbourne. The views were beautiful and all around. The beds were comfortable.

The bathroom is in need of maintenance. We stayed for 6 days and informed the manager that the bathroom light wasn’t working on our second morning. No one came to fix it for the duration of our stay, even after our repeat asking.There are two spotlights one stopped working and the other gave off a faint orange glow. We couldn’t use the mirror and showered with the door open to get some light in from outside as this is a windowless room. It was not safe. The toilet seat and toilet roll holder also are in need of repair which is a shame as with basic maintenance we would have given a higher score. These issues are already known from previous guest reviews. The front door was stuck to the point I couldn’t open it without help again a health and safety issue. For information you can only dispose of rubbish between 3 pm and 8pm which caught us out as we had whole day excursions booked and weren’t around at those times so watch out for that.
