Beds were very comfortable with a good selection of pillows. Property was clean. Good position. Owner responded in reasonable time to enquiries.
Removing key from front door was very tricky. No information regarding airconditioner

The location was perfect for us for one night. So close to Southern cross Station. Tea, milk and coffee provided. Very clean sheets and towels.
While we could see that the owners had tried very hard to make this a very comfortable place to stay, I found it very basic. Lighting in bathroom very poor.
