The room size was good and had all the necessary amenities. The air conditioning worked very well, which made the stay comfortable. However, the bathroom was very small and cramped. Cleanliness was acceptable overall. The TV was properly connected and worked well, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable.

The online check-in process required by the country was quite long and confusing. Receiving a text message with a link to complete the process initially felt like it could be spam. It would be helpful if the hotel mentioned this in its policies or pre-arrival information so guests know to expect it. The host was very supportive and responsive. He stayed in contact with us until we arrived at the property. However, if he had not been available in person, we would not have been able to access the apartment because the website provided for building entry was not working properly. The sink faucet was also not working when we arrived. The host had already informed us about the issue and arranged for a plumber to fix it. Although it was not an ideal experience to have maintenance work during our stay, he tried to make up for the inconvenience by allowing us to check in much earlier, which we appreciated. The mattress and pillows were not comfortable, and I woke up with significant neck pain after sleeping there. The biggest issue was that there was no mobile network signal inside the apartment. As soon as you entered the unit, you completely lost mobile reception, making it difficult to stay connected unless you used the Wi-Fi.

Die Lage ist prima. Gut ausgestattet, gute Klimaanlage.

Etwas eng, vor allem der Bereich Bad und Toilette. Der Wohnbereich ist recht duster.

Posizione perfetta per il mare letteralmente nel cuore di Alassio , vicina a ogni servizio , e si sente il mare dalle finestre , struttura ben curata e gentilissimo lo staff , pulita e organizzata in tutto ! Complimenti ci torneremo sicuramente!! Grazie Erika !!
