Nice apartment but needs improvement

The apartment is at a great location, at old city center and close to bus stops, restaurants and everything someone might need. It is quite spacious and there is a standard check-in process. Good for someone that wants to stay for a night or two..

Everything was fairly okay but cleanliness was an issue. The moment I entered there was a stifling smell (perhaps from smoking inside since there is no balcony) that really took almost two days with good ventilation to get rid of. Also the bathroom was not well cleaned with dust on many surfaces and much hair from previous tenants... Toilet sit was broken and there was a leak from the flush. Also, there were no blankets or duvets and we're talking December in Belgrade... When I asked for bankets, the response was to use the AC (!) and that there were some in the closet. Well, there were two fleece blankets, which were also smelly, probably haven't been washed in a while...
