Good value option close to town.

As with much accomodation in this part of the world the building was worn and the lights in the stairwell weren’t great. However the apartment itself was fine. The bathroom was a bit squeezy again an issue in this part of the world. Never met the owners but communication was fine. The proximity to all you want is fine. Value for money is good. Didn’t know what to expect of Belgrade but had a good time.

It’s a long way up to the apartment as the lift was not working. Perhaps never has? So not a place for mobility challenged people. The main warning is if your partner, like mine, can’t do without fresh air you will find the place noisy. Someone’s football team won while we were there and the enthusiasm was very loud.

Great location, great owner

Id say the facilities themselves are a 7-8 out of 10, but they are just fine for spending a few nights in Belgrade. The location is awesome, it's really central, next to the river and the square and the owner is really nice and patient. That's what bumped up the review number by 1. We ran out of battery and took about 30 minutes longer to get to the apartment, cause our navigation was dead. But she stood and waited for us outside, so that definitely bumps up the review score.

In my personal opinion, it can be preferred for short stays due to its location.

A small apartment very close to Kalemegdan. Easy to communicate with the host, she directed her son from a distance and provided my entrance and exit.

The elevator in the building was not working, there was no light in the bedroom, there was no light bulb.. And finally, there was mosaic glass between us and the apartment next door, so it is a little transparent.

Very centrally located and everything in the city center is within walking distance. The host is extremely friendly and will give you any tips you need as well as help you with any request you might have. In our case, she even allowed us to leave the luggage at her own place after check-out. Would definitely recommend. The place is also clean and sober and has everything you might need for a couple of days.

не работал лифт, высоко подниматься. Но это не проблема хозяев, мы приезжали на Рождество и никакие службы не работали. чтобы найти апартаменты, нужно позвонить хозяйке, так как никаких вывесок/надписей на здании и на входе нет.

Laute Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage

Super liebe Eigentümer, tolle Lage und im großen und ganzen sauber

Das Appartement liegt im 4 Stock, der Lift funktioniert nicht (Eigentümer hat mich vor Anreise informiert!) das Haus selbst ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und unglaublich laut. Man hat jeden Nachbarn gehört, ob beim Duschen, TV, kochen oder das Hundegebell von nebenan. Bis 2 Uhr früh war es einfach nur laut. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nur bei offenem Fenster, aber auch der Straßen Lärm hält die halbe Nacht an.

Чудесно настаняване в самия център на Белград. Стаята е голяма, с гледка към Калемегдан. Сградата е близо до пристанището на река Сава. Главната улица "Княз Михайл" е на пешеходно разстояние. Има къде да се паркира срещу сградата. Домакинята е мила и любезна и се отзовава бързо при запитвания.

Viel zu laut

Sehr gute Lage.

Das Haus ist schon sehr alt und bröckelt überall. Im Flur ist kein Licht. Das Bettlaken war dreckig. In der Nacht war es sehr laut. Wegen der sehr lauten Klimaanlage muss das Fenster immer auf sein und auf der Straße ist die ganze Nacht großer Lärm, außerdem gibt es einen Hund der sehr oft bellt. Ich habe nicht gut geschlafen.

Bellissimo soggiorno a Belgrado, ma meglio altrove!

- La posizione (vicina al centro, alle fermate degli autobus e tram e a pochissimi passi dal forte della città); - check-in disponibile 24/24 ore; - la disponibilità e gentilezza del padrone di casa.

- La tenda della doccia che si staccava; - non c'erano armadi dove riporre i vestiti difatti li abbiamo dovuti appendere alle maniglie delle porte così come gli asciugamani; - appartamento al quarto piano, ma l'ascensore era rotto; - il palazzo era del tutto fatiscente sia esternamente che internamente; - le luci ai primi due piani non funzionavano, difatti la sera/notte dovevano salire le scale con le torce del cellulare; - cuscini molto scomodi; - una tenda in camera da letto che non copriva quasi per nulla la luce dall'esterno, difatti già alle 5:30-6:00 c'era una luce forte in camera (io personalmente non riesco a dormire se c'è luce); - parecchi peli di animale sul letto (probabilmente di cane); - i telecomandi del televisore non funzionavano praticamente mai poiché cambiare canale o accendere/spegnere la tele era un'impresa (probabilmente però per le batterie scariche in entrambi i telecomandi); - il vetro trasparente tra l'interno della casa lato bagno/cucina/ingresso e il ballatoio esterno (se qualcuno passava e si fermava a guardare, vedeva all'interno dell'appartamento); - alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione nel complesso da fare; - la presenza di scarafaggi in camera e sulle scale del palazzo. Ci sono tantissime cose da rivedere perché data la posizione avrebbe un grande potenziale.

Todo en general, la chica fue muy atenta y estuvo ahí en todo momento para si necesitábamos algo. Nos dio información acerca de sitios para visitar y para comer, y además, como no tenia reservas el día siguiente, nos dio la oportunidad de poder estar en el alojamiento durante todo el día con las llaves, ya que nuestro vuelo salía a las 21h

Lo único negativo es que el ascensor está estropeado y son 4 pisos de escaleras, aunque eso no depende de ella sino del edificio. Tb es cierto que el agua caliente no duraba mucho, y salía fría al final de las duchas.
