A spacious apartment in a great location, the old center of Funchal. A garage parking spot, which is a must if you're renting a car. A large balcony, great for dining outside. A fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you need. Christiana, who welcomed us, was warm and hospitable, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great stay, offering help with anything we needed.
The apartment was overall very clean, though we did notice a few ants in the kitchen and the occasional stray hair in the living room. Nothing that felt alarming or affected our stay, just minor things worth mentioning.

Pas grand chose . Mais il pourrait y avoir plus de crochets pour pendre ses affaires dans les salles de bain et dans les chambres. Et un rideau de douche. Sinon tout était parfait!

We had a very good stay and enjoyed being guests. The apartment is in a perfect central location, in a new house, and the private parking is a big plus. Communication with the host was excellent, always quick and helpful.
A few small improvements could make the stay even better. The bathrooms would benefit from a few hooks or shelves, as there is little space to organize personal items and towels. Toilet paper holders were missing. The lighting is mostly quite cold, which makes the apartment feel less cozy. There was no umbrella on the terrace, which would be very useful for shade. Overall, these are minor points. With a few small adjustments, this place could easily go from very good to great.
