Die Lage der Wohnung in Funchal war top. Wir hatten auf der Dachterrasse einen wunderbaren Blick über die Altstadt und den Hafen. Die Innenstadt ist innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten erreichbar, gerade zum Frühstück wunderbar. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist super, jedoch kaum mit einem größerem Auto nutzbar, wenn die beiden Nachbarplätze besetzt sind. Wir hatten einen Fiat Panda. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, schnell per WhatsApp erreichbar. Keine Schwierigkeiten beim ein- / auschecken. Küche, Waschmaschine alles vorhanden und sauber.
Innenstadt bedingt verläuft vor dem Haus eine Hauptstraße. Der Autolärm, insbesondere Motorräder, ist abends und morgens zum Berufsverkehr recht laut. Dies ist unangenehm, da mann mit offenen Fenstern schläft. Laute Bars, Discotheken etc. sind nicht vorhanden.

We had a fantastic time at the Atlantic View penthouse! The balcony has a great view and the apartment is in the heart of Funchal. The host, Afonso, is extremely helpful and welcoming. The free parking spot is an added bonus
