Location in the center Fuchal, excellent equipment
During a 14 day stay, we asked for a change of linen after a week. Our towels werent even changed. They demanded a change of clothes 89 EUR.

O apartamento é excelente: moderno, bem cuidado e com uma vista muito agradável. A existência de estacionamento próprio é uma grande mais-valia, já que no Funchal é praticamente indispensável. A localização é ótima, muito perto do centro e com serviços essenciais a curta distância a pé, como supermercado e bons restaurantes.
O único ponto a melhorar seria a quantidade de toalhas disponibilizadas (para uma estadia de 3 noites, apenas 1 toalha de banho revelou-se insuficiente). Além disso, a cozinha poderia estar um pouco mais equipada, sobretudo para quem cozinha refeições completas — por exemplo, a frigideira já precisava de ser substituída.

Gute Größe, einfacher Checkin, Erreichbarkeit des Gastgebers sehr gut
Lautstärke. Das Apartment hat keine Klimaanlage und liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße neben zwei Tunneleingängen. Man kann nachts die Fenster nicht öffnen aufgrund des Lärms. Die Bäder waren leider schlecht geputzt. Viel Schimmel und Haare der Vorbewohner.
