The staff were kind enough to upgrade us to a double queen bedroom, even though we were only staying for one night. The hotel is a hidden gem: a beautiful covered patio next to the gym, newly renovated rooms, and very friendly staff. The room even comes with a smart speaker (our first time seeing one in China). For those taking the train, it is very close to the hongqiao railway station, and a 15 min walk to the subway. I would definitely come back and stay for longer!

Hotel bol pekný, čistý, na izbe nič nechýbalo. Upratovali a vymieňali uteráky každý deň. Personál bol milý, vedeli po anglicky, keď sme prišli skôr, nebol to veľký problém a ubytovali nás.
Na raňajky bol výber iba z 3 možností, čo bolo málo pri našich siedmych dňoch. Škoda, že tam nemali bar, bol tam iba priestor štandardne na raňajky a tam sa dalo posedieť večer. Nápoje iba vo fľašiach, nebolo nič čapované (napr. pivo).

The staff is wonderful and the "garden" (patio with plants) seating area is very comfortable.
My room was right above the trash station, so every morning and early evening there was a lot of pounding as trash was being dumped.
