the staff where great the food was plentyfull but not for us to spicey the room got cleaned daily the metro was just 300 mtrs up the road and it was great for getting around and cheap to use. Very safe to go out and about the people helped with directionswe had a great time

I received a very warm welcome from the staff and the hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. I did not have a chance to try the restaurant, but it looked very appealing. Very happy with my stay.

I did find the shower floor a little slippery, but just had to be careful. Traffic noise was more than I was used to, but did not spoil my overall rating of the place.

First day of check in Senior Hotel staff said will have one way service drop off from Hotel to airport , but when check out Yong lady staff at front desk said no provide this service if I booked under hotel name Guan Hua Hotel. She said the service will only provide under booking with HeYitang Hotel. Wifi someday need to register with China number before use. Someday can use regularly

I stayed here for a few nights and came away thoroughly impressed. Location is superb, just a short stroll from Beixinjing metro station, which made getting to Hongqiao, the Bund and Lujiazui utterly straightforward. For both business and sightseeing this is a wonderfully convenient base. Comfort was excellent. My room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very quiet, the mattress was so comfortable I slept like a log. The wet and dry areas are sensibly separated and the room’s smart controls are intuitive once you’ve had a quick look around. Dining deserves a special mention. Breakfast is extraordinary in variety and freshness, and the complimentary simple evening meal was a very welcome touch. There’s also a pleasant café downstairs for a leisurely coffee. Service was consistently polite and helpful, the front desk could not have been more accommodating and staff went out of their way to sort any small requests. All in all the hotel feels modern, well run and quietly refined.

I initially had a little trouble locating the usual TV channels, but a swift call to reception resolved it and I even managed to watch the 2026 F1 without any bother.
