Everything. The room is very clean, and the position is very convenient, right when you are out from metro. The bed and the pillows are very comfortable, I had a very nice sleep after an overnight flight. The staff were also very friendly. The room has AC and a shower, with all toiletries you need

I mainly booked this as I was arriving early and needed a place to freshen up, work and do some laundry. When I got to the laundry room it was very busy, a lady that worked there kindly took my clothes and said they would hang them on my door in a few hours time. Amazing! It was everything I needed for a short time.

There were a few mix ups, they first sent me to a room that already had a guest in there! Then they took me to another room which was a lot smaller that the first room and right next to the breakfast area which was a bit noisy but for the price is was fine

This hotel combines a lot of qualities. Beds are comfy, and a full blown fitness center is located in the same building and has an access agreement with the hotel. It's equipment is modern while sober, warm water, showers, air conditioner, electric lights and their control systems work flawlessly. It is very clean and the cleaning stuff is charming and helfpul. Guest are offered unlimited free bottled water, free washing machines. The stuff at the entrance desk is helpful, young and dynamic, and guest can have anything delivered to the entrance desk e.g. through taobao. The area is calm but lacks nothing, metro station is 25 meters away, public library also at 25 meters, as well as starbucks, and small restaurants.

The location was very good, with the metro right next to the hotel and a convenience store downstairs. The room was cleaned everyday, everything was very clean overall.

Unfortunately we never had one good night sleep among the 6 we spent here. When we arrived they gave us a room without a real window (no natural light) even though i had booked a room with a city view especially. We were able to choose another one the next night. But as soon as we arrived into our new room, we started to hear a lot of noise keeping us awake from either the neighbors (bangs in the walls, very loud talking) or screams in the corridors very early in the morning, and even some sort of drill or tool in the walls at 7am. We complained to the staff several times about our neighbors and even though they seem to have called them to tell them to be careful, the noises continued. Maybe next time they should try to be more persuasive, or offer us another room to sleep in for the rest of the night. A hotel is a place where you’re supposed to rest, not to stay awake all night because of disrespectful people or organization issues.
