Mancano: una sedia- una pentola adeguata per cuocere la pasta per 5 persone ( i posti della abitazione sono per 5)- uno scolapasta- istruzioni per far partire il riscaldamento- istruzioni per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti.

Very clear instructions for the two coded gates and the door keys collection. No need to contact or meet the owners.
Ideal location for one of the most beautiful areas, yet quiet at night.
The apartment is quite plain, can accomodate 6 people; the sofa-bed was not ready when we came and had to find the linens and pillows from a top shelf in the living room (assuming they had been prepared which was not the first impression). There were 5 of us and it was a good fit for sleeping.
Albeit the apartment is intended to accomodate up to six people, there are only four chairs and a small table.
No possibility to control the room temperature.
