Pulizia e manutenzione dell'appartamento richiedono attenzione maggiore. Lavandini dei bagni intasati, riscaldamento bagni non funzionante inoltre la porta del.bagno in camera si blocca e si rischia di rimanere chiusi dentro

Beliggenheden var rigtig god, i gåafstand fra Place de la Bastille, hvorfra man kan køre med metroen. Pænt område, nemt at finde nogle gode spisesteder. Lejligheden lå et meget roligt sted, og levede op til billederne, vi havde vores egen gårdhave og alle faciliteter var til stede. Husk at bestille en ekstra dyne, hvis man ikke er vant til at dele!! hurtigt svar på spørgsmål fra udlejer. Tilbagebetaling af depositum tog længere tid end ventet - derfor ikke 10 :-)

Sofaen i tv-stuen var ikke så komfortabel.

The location is amazing and the apartment is lovely.

The keys weren’t not in the pick up box which was a bit of a nightmare as it’s not at the same location as the apartment. Needless to say you can’t find anywhere to park in Paris so it made things even more complicated. The staff that we contacted were not very reactive and didn’t help. My husband drove around while I walked to the apartment. I had the code to the main entrance so I managed to get into the building. The cleaner was actually in the flat and was finishing vacuuming. It was well after check in time. Very annoying and even more so that we never got any apologies from anyone (except the house keeper). Furthermore, we had to ask 3 times and wait for 3 weeks before eventually getting our deposit refunded when they have a 14 day policy. We’d probably still be waiting if we hadn’t insisted. It’s a pity the place is so badly run because the apartment is lovely. If I was the owner, I’d change the company she/he’s currently working with.
